Gary Williams, the Senior Pastor of Hopewell Church. He graduated from Trinity Baptist College with an earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Theology. He is currently serving in 5-fold ministry as an itinerate minister. One of his favorite scriptures is Psalms 51:10 which says, “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”
Freddie is a multi-faceted professional with expertise in Business Management, Human Resources, and Education. He has an earned Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and an Associate’s degree in Electromechanical Technical Studies. He specializes in Training & Development and Job Placement where he helps to foster a “Can-Do” attitude through motivational speaking, coaching and mentoring. In addition to his professional career, he is a retired military veteran who has served in both the United States Army and Marine Corps. With a military career of 23+ years, he has been stationed in various countries with two major combat deployments.
Freddie has a history of volunteerism and serving his community. He was instrumental in providing a safe haven for “at risk” youth in the Stop Now And Plan (SNAP) Program. He help reduce truancy by working with families and assisting school officials to keep troubled youth in school so they would not dropout. He was a catalyst in facilitating group sessions with parents and their youth by bridging the gap in their communication styles. Freddie has worked with the City Rescue Mission (CRM) Workforce Program where he help to enhance employment opportunities by identifying skills, talents and abilities; charting career paths and building self-esteem through weekly group meetings and one-on-one sessions. This program was also designed for the rehabilitation of individuals with substance abuse. Lastly, Freddie partnered with the Clara White Mission, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Home Builders Institute, Northeast Florida Builders Association, and Veterans; he mentored those in transition and those in need of social/coping skills, food, housing, and financial management.
Freddie is the proud father of one daughter and the loving husband of one wife. He has stepped out on faith and is now the Founding President and CEO of All About the Heart, LLC and All About the Heart Ministries, Inc. His personal and professional philosophy/belief is that it is not about outside appearances, but it’s all about the heart. According to Jeremiah 17:9, the heart is deceitful. Yet, it is the control center that sits in the core of our body providing blood supply (which is life) to all of our organs. With proper examination and education there can be transformation, then the heart can be healthy and every area of life can be renewed.
